Prior to his position in UITS, James served as the Director of Leveraged Resources within the College of Arts and Sciences IT Office (CITO). James has been with UITS since 2017.

Principal IT Training Specialist EdCert
Joined UITS in 2009 as the EdCert Coordinator/MCT for LSP Services, responsible for delivering advanced technical training on Microsoft core solutions.

Teresa is a veteran at connecting people over the use of technologies. Her IU career began in IUPUI’s Division of Enrollment Management in 2011 and migrated to UITS IT Community Partnerships in 2015.

Matt comes to the ITCP team with a broad background of support and practical technical knowledge to be able to communicate with both IT and non-IT professionals alike.
Senior Business Analyst
Corey joined UITS in 2019 from the student services division at IU Bloomington. Corey provides decision support and reporting for ITCP projects and assists with ITCP-sponsored events.

With more than 10 years of service with Indiana University, Mark has worked in a variety of different technology roles. Mark has more recently worked on the UITS Endpoint Management team and the UITS Enterprise Web Technical Services team helping to complete important Client Service projects.
